Hear what people are saying about us!
As a superintendent, I have been extremely impressed with EdGrowth’s ability to have such an impact on the growth of our professionals. A third party coaching model has allowed our staff to become extremely vulnerable and has kept our highly qualified teachers in their classrooms. EdGrowth’s goal-oriented, collaborative, transparent and trustworthy approach makes them an asset to any district.
EdGrowth Consulting has been instrumental in supporting our new teaching staff here at the Windsor CSD. They successfully build strong relationships with our teachers as they provide instructional coaching that celebrates strengths and efficacy, while supporting continuous growth. In addition, they collaborate with our administrative team and mentor coordinator to provide a team of support to new staff. Their wealth of knowledge, including classroom management, research-based instructional strategies, and strong relationship building skills, allows them to meet the needs of each new teacher as they set the foundation for rewarding, successful careers. We are so appreciative of their work in our district!
We have worked hard to redefine how we support our teachers with the diverse and changing needs in the classroom. EdGrowth Consulting has become a critical partner in providing non-evaluative support for both new and veteran instructional staff. Through 1:1 coaching, Edgrowth has helped us recognize and embrace an important value in our strategic plan which is to foster an innovative environment that encourages flexible thinking and risk taking in teaching and learning.
My coaching experience has been excellent so far. Great feedback and useful, relevant advice on areas where I can improve, try new things and generally become a better teacher. This genuinely feels like coaching, not another type of observation or evaluation!
Reflecting on this past year, I feel as if I have grown as a professional. My experience with my coach has been positive. It is clear that the coaches at EdGrowth care about me and the other teachers that they work with. I have felt supported. The strategies I’ve developed and reflected on have been helpful to me.
I loved getting my coach’s outside perspective and advice for my classroom management and instruction strategies. My coach was a good listener and was able to help me identify strengths, areas of growth, and new strategies. Taking the time to discuss barriers with me and ways to work through these Was incredibly helpful.
My coach is great! They are always so positive and give awesome feedback that is actually very helpful and useful. I love trying out the advice and then discussing afterward how I utilized what has been recommended. I am very lucky to have such great support as a first year teacher!
